Lalu Yadav gets bail from Jharkhand High Court in Doranda treasury case

New Delhi: RJD chief Lalu Yadav is set to walk free, who was sentenced to five years in jail in the Doranda treasury case in Jharkhand, as Jharkhand High has granted him bail in this.

In the Doranda Treasury case he was sentenced to five years in prison on February 21. After Lalu Prasad Yadav was granted bail, RJD’s Jharkhand unit state president Abhay Kumar said that the party had full faith in the judiciary. Today, the national president has got justice.

Lalu Prasad’s advocate Prabhat Kumar said that the court has ordered to deposit a fine of Rs 10 lakh. “We have won the long battle and will now be seen when the hearing will take place,” he added.
