New Delhi: Mohammed Siraj has done wonders in the ICC ODI Bowler Rankings, he has now become the world’s number one bowler in ODIs.
For the first time, Siraj has reached number one in the ODI rankings. He has won the number one crown by beating New Zealand’s Trent Boult and Australian bowler Josh Hazlewood.
In fact, for the last 12 months, Siraj has surprised everyone with his bowling in ODIs. Not only this, Siraj’s bowling has also been successful in wreaking havoc during the recent home series. Siraj has surprised world cricket by bowling amazingly against Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
Siraj has done wonders by taking 37 wickets in the last 20 ODIs. Mohammed Siraj has also been included in the ICC ODI Team of the Year 2022.
In the latest ODI bowling rankings released by the ICC, Siraj is followed by Australia’s Josh Hazlewood at number two, while New Zealand’s Trent Boult is at number three.
Only one Indian has got a place in the top 10 in the ODI bowling rankings. Mitchell Starc at number 4 and Rashid Khan at number 5 have managed to retain their place.
