Monsoon Tips: Stay Healthy in the Rainy Season, Take Care of These 5 Things

New Delhi: People love to walk out in the drizzle of rain, enjoy the weather and eat something. In the rainy season, people enjoy everything especially street food, but in this season, there is a need to be careful. Your negligence can make you sick. In the rain, the disease and infection spread very fast. In the rainy season, most of the infection is spread by eating out.

Apart from this, raw and green leafy vegetables also make it sick in this season. So if you have to stay healthy, take care of these things.

 

1- Avoid street food – Rain makes you feel like eating street food, but if you are healthy, then you should avoid eating outside. Hygiene is not taken care of as much while making street food. In such a situation, eating many times kept or fried roast can cause trouble in the stomach.

2- Avoid eating raw food – In the monsoon, you should avoid eating raw food. Metabolism works slow in this season. Due to which the food is digested late. Avoid eating out-of-the-air juice and salad in the rain. You should also not eat too late cut fruits.

3- Boil water and drink – In the rain, many types of bacteria start to grow in the water, so try to drink it only after boiling the water. When the water is boiled, all kinds of bacteria are eliminated. Drinking boiled water does not cause diseases like dehydration and diarrhea.

4- Increase immunity – In the rainy season, you should eat things that increase your immunity. People who have low immunity fall ill early in this season. So you should work to make your immune system stronger. You should include grains like nuts, corn, barley, wheat, besan in the food.

5- Avoid cold and sour things – Throat infection occurs rapidly during the rainy season. In such a situation, you should avoid drinking cold things like ice cream, juice or shake. Do not drink water in the fridge this season. Also, minimize the intake of sour things. This puts you at risk of sore throat.
