Recorded his first win.
Mumbai completed the century by losing just one wicket in the 12th over, but Delhi’s bowlers made the match exciting by bowling effectively in the last over.
Delhi were reduced to 172 off 19.4 overs despite Akshar Patel’s 54 off 25 balls with five sixes and four fours and his 67-run partnership for the sixth wicket with captain David Warner (51 off 47 balls, six fours). Apart from these two, none of the Delhi batsmen could even touch the 30-run mark.
