New Delhi: New Zealand has made it to the final of the tri-series by winning the T20 match played in Christchurch on Wednesday.
New Zealand defeated Bangladesh by 48 runs here. Due to the defeat of Bangladesh in this match, Pakistan (Pakistan) has also reached the final of this series. The final match between the two teams will be played on October 14.
New Zealand batted first against Bangladesh in the fourth match of the tri-series and scored a huge score of 208 runs losing 5 wickets.
All the four top-order batsmen played fast-paced innings. Finn Allen (32 off 19 balls), Devon Conway (64 off 40 balls), Martin Guptill (34 off 27 balls) and Glenn Phillips (60 off 24 balls) scored.
In reply, Bangladesh’s team could score 160 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Lone captain Shakib Al Hasan hit 70 runs off 44 balls to take on the Kiwi team.
