No plans to impose lockdown in Delhi says Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that his government is not planning to impose lockdown in the national capital.

The move came a day after Delhi recorded over 20, 000 positive cases in one day amid an imminent third wave of Covid-19.

Addressing the media, Kejriwal said that the government does not want to impose lockdown, if people wear masks.

“No intent for lockdown as of now.L-G sir and I are monitoring the whole situation. A meeting will be held tomorrow to review thr situation,” he added.
