Toronto: One person was killed after being hit by a freight train in the City’s Rosedale area at night. The matter is being investigated by the police.
The police informed about the accident in the Esley and Standis Avenue area late night. Police said all CP rail freight trains in the area have been temporarily stopped for investigation.
Police later said one person died after being hit by the vehicle. No foul play is suspected in the case but the investigation into the matter is still on.
