Chandigarh: As many as 12 students of Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology tested positive on Friday while reports of hundreds of students are still awaited.
With this development, 27 students of the institute have already tested positive over the past three days.
Following this, Hostel J has been converted into a containment zone and Punjab health department initiated mass testing on the university campus.
