New Delhi: Putting more burden on consumers, Petrol price on Sunday was hiked by 50 paise while diesel witnessed a rise of 55 paise per litre in the country on Sunday.
Following fifth day consecutive rise in prices, price has hike about 3.70-3.75 per litre in past week.
According to the revised price today, Petrol will cost 99.11 per litre as against Rs 98.61 previously and diesel from Rs 89.87 per litre to Rs 90.42 in the Delhi.
Fuel prices have been hiked in the country and it vary from state to state, officials said.
