Chandigarh: Amid rising cases of Covid-19, Punjab government on Tuesday announced to impose restrictions in the state.
According to fresh directions, night curfew, from 10pm to 5am has been imposed and shut educational institutes while allow cinema halls to operate with 50 per cent capacity to contain the virus spread of the Covid-19.
Besides this, All bars, cinemas halls, multiplexes, malls, restaurants, spas, museums, zoos, etc, shall be allowed to operate at 50 per cent of their capacity subject to all staff present being fully vaccinated.
The restrictions in poll-bound Punjab will remain in force till January 15.
