New Delhi: Amid ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, Russia has carried out bombarding in eastern Ukrainian region of Luhansk again today. A school was hit by the bombing, in which at least 60 local people taking shelter in the school reportedly have been killed in the attack.
Luhansk Governor Serhiy Volodymyrovych Haidai said that the Russian army carried out the attack in the village of Bilohorivka in eastern Ukraine. He said about 90 people had taken shelter at the school Russia attacked. Of these, 30 people have been rescued.
The governor said that after about four hours of struggle, the fire was extinguished, after which the debris was removed, unfortunately two bodies were found there, officials said.
The Governor said 30 people had been pulled out of the debris, out of which seven people were seriously injured. At least 60 people are feared dead under the rubble of the school building.
