People in India work more than 48 hours a week. In such a situation, many times working for a long time also affects the health. People who work for 10 to 12 hours in the office also have to face many kinds of problems.

People with long-sitting jobs have pain in the body, waist and head. Such people are at increased risk of diseases like stress and cancer. If you are also in a long sitting job, take care of your health. You have to take care of these things while working.

 

Long sitting job increases the risk of these diseases

People who sit and work in one place for hours without a break, they get many kinds of problems. Such people start having problems of back pain, cervical pain, blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, heart-related diseases, stress and muscle pain. When you are active, the mood buster hormones are released in the body, but when you sit for a long time, these hormones do not come out and the stress starts to increase.

 

Take care of these things in a long sitting job

1-Take a 5-minute break every hour and walk a little and walk around.

2- Keep stretching the hands and feet in between while working.

3- Relax the neck by touching it back and forth and towards both shoulders.

4- Take care of your posture. Sit with the waist straight.

5- Avoid taking breaks and drinking tea or coffee frequently.

6- Use green tea or herbal tea in place of tea.

7- There is tension many times in the work, in such a way, take a deep breath, it gives a lot of oxygen to the body and you relax.
