Earlier, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said, “Congress President Sonia Gandhi had been meeting leaders and workers since last week. Some of them were found to be infected with the coronavirus. The Congress president also developed mild fever on Wednesday evening and showed some other symptoms of Covid after which an investigation was conducted. The investigation revealed that he was infected with the coronavirus.”
