‘Stay away from well-wishers of terrorists’, says PM Modi after roadshow referring to Batla encounter

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding rallies for the Gujarat Assembly elections and he addressed a public meeting in Surat after Kheda, Netrang in Gujarat today.

PM Modi also held a roadshow in Surat earlier. During this time, a large number of people were seen standing on the roadside to welcome the PM. Addressing the public meeting, the PM fiercely attacked the Congress on the issue of terrorism.

PM Modi said that today’s road show was not, but ‘jan sagar’. Gujarat will now break all old records. The people of Surat told me that you do not need to come, but seeing this scene, it seems that you people have taken care of everything. I have come to seek the blessings of all of you. Our entire focus is to modernise Surat.

Modi said that the new generation of Gujarat has not seen the serial bomb blasts of Ahmedabad and Surat. I want to alert our youth, the people of Surat, from people who are well-wishers of terrorists. Today, the BJP government, whether in the state or at the Centre, is trying to crush terrorism vigorously. The BJP government is working with full force for development in the country, to maintain peace and harmony.

It is the BJP government that can take the decision of surgical strikes and air strikes. We don’t even spare terrorists and kill terror masters by entering their territories.
