Ludhiana: A case has been registered against Amritpal Singh Mehron for allegedly using provocative words and threatening Punjab Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring.

The Ludhiana Police has registered an FIR stating that strict action will be taken against those who display weapons or give hate speeches.

Following the directives of the Punjab government, the police have registered a case against Amritpal Singh Mehraon on charges of threatening punjab Congress president Raja Warring and making hate speeches.

Sharing details, ADCP Sameer Verma said that during an interview on a private channel, Amritpal Singh Mehroon had threatened to kill Punjab Congress president Raja Warring and talked about promoting and storing the weapons, under which the police registered a case under inflammatory speeches.

A case has been registered under section 506 of the IPC and section of the Arms Act against him.
