Mumbai: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has given a clean chit to Aryan Khan in a drug seizure case today.

NCB filed a chargesheet in the case of drug seizures on board. Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in the case last year now got a clean chit.

According to the statement, on the basis of the SIT’s investigation, a complaint is being registered against the 14 accused under various sections of the NDPS Act. However, NCB charger 14 others in this case.

Mumbai: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been given additional 60 days by the Special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) court today to submit chargesheet in the infamous drugs-on-cruise case involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

Earlier, NCB team had sought extension of 90 more days to file chargesheet from special judge VV Patil seeking in the case.

Aryan was arrested after being interrogated over the cruise rave party in October last year under Sections 8C, 20B, 27 read with 35 of the NDPS Act.

New Delhi: A SIT of NCB probing international drug conspiracy case, revealed that there is no evidence to connect Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the case.

Officials said that the inquiry found that there was even no concrete evidence against Khan that he was part of an international drug syndicate.

The inquiry found that there were irregularities during the raid conducted by NCB officials on the Goa-bound Cordelia Yachat intervening night of October 2 and 3 last year.

The team was headed by the then Mumbai Zone head, Sameer Wankhede and later they detained Aryan and a few others were detained on charges of drug conspiracy and consuming drugs.

Chandigarh: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia on Thursday, who was booked in a drug case, has been sent to jail till March 8 by a Mohali court.

Majithia appeared before a court in connection with a drugs case. Later, the SIT of Punjab Police, led by AIG Balraj Singh, interrogated Akali leader for about one and a half hours in the court premises.

Earlier, the Supreme court had directed the Punjab Police to not arrested Majithia till February 23 so that he can undertake electioneering in Punjab.

Mumbai: Following the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said that two persons including Manish Bhanushali and Kiran Gosavi among more than half-a-dozen are their ‘independent witnesses’ during the October 2 rave party raid on a luxury ship, opposition parties have blamed the BJP government for deliberately framing drug case against Shahrukh Khan’s son and others.
The Nationalist Congress Party levelled allegations against the agency and said BJP was behind the conspiracy citing that BJP leader was part of the raid.
“BJP’s malign-SRK game backfires big time. No drug found wd Aryan. But yes BJP leader Manish Bhanushali found to be present at & manipulating NCB raid. Care to answer BJP? Care to apologise paid media? SHAME ON YOU BJP! #WeStandWithSRK,” said NCP national spokesperson and state minister Nawab Malik.
NCB Deputy Director-General Gyaneshwar Singh, however, termed the allegations as baseless and said it was an attempt to malice to malign the agency’s image and in retaliation against an earlier action of the NCB.

Meanwhile, Manish Bhanushali who was seen escorting Arbaaz Merchantt after the NCB raid at the cruise ship denied any connection of the BJP to the arrests made in the case.

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਨਵਰ ਮਸੀਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ‘ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਕੇ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ । ਅੱਜ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਨਵਰ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਪੀ ਕੇ ਆਤਮਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
