Ottawa: There were no reports of injuries to anyone after an explosion and a fire that broke out under the Bathurst Street bridge on Fort York Boulevard on Saturday night.

The Toronto Fire was called to the scene at 11:15 p.m. after a fire broke out following an explosion in propane tanks.

People present near this area heard a very loud explosion and they saw a huge amount of smoke and flames coming out of this area.

The area was blocked for traffic but traffic was resumed here after the situation was brought under control. No further details in the matter have been obtained at the moment.
