Ottawa: Canada held its most recent all-program Express Entry draw on September 28, 2022

The Government of Canada issued 3750 Invitations (ITAs) to apply and the draw is specific to FSWP and CEC candidates. This was the seventh all-program draw since they resumed on July 6.

The CRS cut-off score in the latest Express Entry Invitation Round 232 was 504 points – the minimum CRS requirement.

Ottawa: After a hiatus of over one and half year, Canada government has resumed Express Entry draws for all categories and has invited Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) on Wednesday.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited a total of 1500 applicants to apply for PR through express entry, which was stopped since December 2021.

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score was 557.

Earlier, announcing to resume draws, Immigration minister Sean Fraser said, “Starting July 6th, 2022, qualified candidates will be invited to apply for permanent residency from the following programs:

1.Federal Skilled Worker program

2.Federal Skilled Trades program

3.Canadian Experience Class.”

Canada’s Immigration Minister Sean Fraser has confirmed the development on Twitter and said, “Starting July 6th, 2022, qualified candidates will be invited to apply for permanent residency from the following programs:

1.Federal Skilled Worker program

2.Federal Skilled Trades program

3.Canadian Experience Class, ” Minister wrote on his Twitter handle.

Meanwhile, under the express entry draws, Canada immigration rank candidates in the pool using a points-based system called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). They select candidates with the highest-ranking from the pool and invite them to apply for permanent residence.
