New Delhi: The Indian squad for the ODI and T20 series against New Zealand has been announced. Also, the Indian team has been announced for the first 2 Test matches against Australia.

There are only 4 players in these Indian teams who have been able to make it to all three and they are Shubman Gill, Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav and Ishan Kishan.

Important things about team selection

1. Prithvi Shaw finally got a chance in the T20 series against New Zealand. If seen, this is the wonder of the 379-run innings played against Assam in the Ranji Trophy. This is the second highest innings of any Mumbai batsman in Ranji history. Also, Prithvi has also performed brilliantly in domestic cricket for some time.
