Amritsar: Three days after historic win in Punjab Assembly, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor along with Chief minister designate Bhagwant Mann and other senior leaders paid obeisance at Golden Temple here on Sunday.

They also carried out a road show in Amritsar after winning 92 seats in the state.

Along with them, Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Amritsar Mayor Karamjit Singh Rintu and recently elected MLAs also took part in the road show.

Dera Baba Nanak: Senior Congress leader Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa lambasted Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal and branded AAP as the sworn foe of Punjab, Punjabi, Punjabiat, farmers as well as the river waters of the State.

In a scathing attack, Randhawa said that the AAP leaders of Delhi are venturing in Punjab like freebooters and their silence on various issues such as river waters of Punjab besides Punjabi speaking areas and paddy straw burning, is very dangerous. Kejriwal has already stabbed Punjab in the back by supporting the claim of Delhi and Haryana hence the AAP supremo must come out clean on these issues, said Randhawa.

The Deputy Chief Minister further pointed out that why didn’t Kejriwal who is now promising moon to the Punjabis, implemented his tall promises in Delhi. He also divulged that whereas Punjab is No. 1 in the National rankings in Education sector, in Delhi many patients suffered from the lack of adequate oxygen during Covid-19 pandemic thereby loosing their lives with many more coming to Punjab for treatment. So, the much hyped bubble of Health and Education model of Delhi burst.

The Congress candidate from Dera Baba Nanak also added that Kejriwal didn’t inducted even a single Sikh and woman in his council of Ministers which lays bare his mentality. In Punjab too, Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann played a devious game by ousting the several towering founding fathers of AAP from the party one by one.

Bathinda: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said that his party will end ‘Jojo tax’ after forming government in the state.

He was referring to finance minister Manpreet Badal’s brother-in-law Jaijeet Singh Johal. Annoyed over the statement, Johal tweeted, “Will be filing a defamation suit against Kejriwal. I know you are a wimp and will not accept an apology from you”.

Earlier, addressing the gathering of traders here, Kejriwal said that Punjab traders were living in fear and assured that after forming government in Punjab from April 1, 2022, AAP will take responsibility of ensuring the security of every trader.

He appealed to the business community to “become partners in running an honest AAP government in Punjab. Kejriwal also promised to clear the pending VAT refunds of traders and businessmen in three-four months

ਕੁੰਵਰ ਵਿਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਦੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਦੋਂ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਹਨ। ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 2.30 ਵਜੇ ਉਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਹ 3 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦੁਰਗੀਆਣਾ ਮੰਦਿਰ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਲਵਾਉਣਗੇ।

ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ– ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ‘ ਜਾਗੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੇਸਬੁਕ ਪੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 12 ਮਈ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 6886 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੰਦੀ, ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਹਿਸਾਬ, ਸਮਾਜਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਬੰਗਾਲੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਪਏ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ 787 ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਦੇ 671 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਨਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦ ਕਿ 2017 ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਢੰਡੋਰਾ ਫੇਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ 1017 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਦੂਜੀ ਰਾਜ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਦੂਜੀ ਰਾਜ-ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 1964 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ 2003 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦਵਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੌਮੀ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਅਦਾਰਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਵੇਖਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਲਾਕਡਾਊਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਆਨਲਾਇਨ ਪੜਾਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ 16 ਲੱਖ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੋਹਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਨਾ ਬਣਨ।
ਜੀਕੇ ਨੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਨਾ ਖੋਹਣ ਦੀ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੜਾਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਇਸ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕਦਮ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ 874, ਉਰਦੂ ਦੇ 917 ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ 2025 ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਨੋਟੀਫ਼ਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
