London: The kidney transplant operation of Khalsa Aid founder Ravi Singh Khalsa was successful.

A woman, identified as Daksha Varsani, donated her one kidney to Singh. This information was shared by Ravi Singh Khalsa on Facebook.

He thanked the Lord for the successful operation and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Daksha, who gave him a kidney.

He said that sister Daksha has done a great deed by giving her kidney. There have been a variety of medical tests over the past several months, during all that time sister Daksha contributed a lot to make my operation successful by cooperating in every way. Ravi Singh Khalsa said that I am also very grateful to his family whose cooperation has made all this possible. Guru Sahib should always have a gracious hand on the sister and his family.
