Jaipur: Rajasthan Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has made a controversial statement while addressing a gathering on the industrialist Gautam Adani case here on Monday.

He raised questions about the Pulwama attack. He said the Congress had eliminated all kinds of mafias in Punjab. “We have ended career of Akali Dal forever. Modi sahab says we will kill after entering their homes. How did Pulwama happen? Wasn’t it done to contest elections?,” Randhawa said.

Addressing a gathering in Rajasthan, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said, “First finish the BJP, the Adani will end automatically.” Modi is selling the country. Our fight is not with The Adani, it is with the BJP. Ambani and Adani should be put behind bars, ” he said.

This is not the first time that leaders of opposition parties have used such language against the Indian Army or the Prime Minister.

There have been many instances in the past when opposition leaders have used objectionable language against the Army and PM Modi, a BJP leader said while condemning the statement of Congress leader.
