New Delhi: It would now be considered wrong and unparliamentary to use too many words during the proceedings of the House in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. These selected words will not be included in the proceedings of the House.

The Lok Sabha Secretariat has prepared a list of such words and sentences under the name of unparliamentary word 2021 and it has been sent to all the MPs. Opposition members are criticizing it.

According to the new rules, many words and phrases like traitor, jaichand, shakuni, Jumlajeevi, corrupt have been banned.

TMC MP Derek O’Brien said, “I will use these words, they can suspend me. He tweeted, “Parliament session is going to start in a few days. An order banning MPs has been issued. Now we will not be allowed to use these basic words while giving a speech in Parliament. Shame, abused, cheated, corrupted, hypocritical, incompetent. I’m going to use these words. Suspend me. I will fight for democracy.”
