Ottawa: Transport authority of Canada has launched an investigation after a Tesla car caught fire in Vancouver.
According to the Canadian auto safety agency, Transport Canada in a statement that it had found that a incident occurred in Vancouver on May 23 and currently investigating matter jointly with Tesla to ascertain cause of the fire in the vehicle.
The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that they are aware of the incident and asked manufacturer for information over the matter.
