Seasonal fruits: Any local or seasonal fruit that is high in fiber and low in glycemic index can help control your blood sugar fluctuations.

Spinach and cabbage juice: Often the fiber content of the vegetable or fruit in the juice is reduced, so it is advised to eat them in the same way. However, there is no harm in drinking juice once. But make sure it’s fresh, homemade and natural.
