Toronto van attacker, who killed 11 people, sentenced to life in prison

Toronto: Accused of deadly van attack in Toronto in 4 years ago has been sentenced to life imprisonment with no possibility of a parole for 25 years.

Accused of this domestic terrorist vehicle-ramming attack, 29-year-old man was found guilty of killing 10 people and attempting to murder 16 in a deadly attack.

According to the information, Justice Anne Malloy delivered her sentence in a jammed packed court filled with loved ones of victims here.

In this attack, 8 women and 2 men died after accused ran over a van at busy pavement.

A victim of this mishap Amaresh Tesfamariam died over three years later following determination of his injuries sustained on April 23, 2018.
