Must have breakfast

Whenever you wake up the next day of the party, make sure to have breakfast. Breakfast is helpful in reducing hangovers. Nutritionist Jatinder Singh says that if people are feeling headache or hangover due to drinking, then must eat a banana breakfast with peanut butter on toast in the breakfast. This removes headaches and fatigue.

Drink lemonade

To reduce the hangover, add lemon juice to lukewarm water and drink it. You can also drink lemonade on the night of the party or the morning the next day. This reduces the chances of nausea, vomiting, etc.

Tea or coffee

The caffeine present in tea and coffee works as a stimulant, which makes our body alert. This reduces the nervousness during the hangover and relaxes the body.

Consume curd

Consume curd to reduce headaches caused by hangovers or drinks. Eat curd only faded, do not add sugar etc. to it. Curd transmits good bacteria in the body, which maintains the balance of the body.
