You take water in a large bowl or mug.
Fill your mouth with water first.
After opening and closing the eyelids inside the water 5 to 7 times, come to normal position. Remove water from the mouth and normalize the breath.
Now fill the mouth again and this time do this process with the right side eye.
Do two to three sets of this process at a time. You have to do this every day. This cleans the dirt of the eyes.
The eyes are hydrated and the irritation is calmed due to the cooling effect.

Another way to clean and cool the eyes is to soak a towel handkerchief in chilled water and squeeze it.

Massage oil on the soles of the feet every night before sleeping. Just use mustard oil.
Apply mustard oil in the navel before sleeping.
