New York: Former US President Donald Trump was questioned for nearly seven hours by the New York Attorney General’s office on Thursday in connection with a lawsuit related to his company’s business activities.

This is the second time Trump has testified in connection with a lawsuit filed over business activities. The Republican leader met with attorney general Letitia James’ lawyers.

James filed a lawsuit against the former president last year. The attorney general’s lawsuit claimed that Trump and his family had declared their net worth

Shortly after Trump entered the Manhattan building, his lawyer Elina Habba said he “not only wants to testify, but he is also looking forward to it.” James’ offices are located in the same building.
