Dehradun: Uttarakhand Governor Baby Rani Maurya has submitted her resignation to President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday. She filed her resign two years before completion of her tenure as the Governor.
A Raj Bhawan official said that she had resigned for personal reasons.
Maurya was sworn in as the governor of Uttarakhand on August 26, 2018 taking over from Krishna Kant Paul at the end of his five-year tenure
