New Delhi: WhatsApp, one of the most popular messaging platforms, came to a standstill for nearly an hour, leaving users across the world, including India, unable to send and receive messages.
The service was restored hours later. Users around the world flooded social media like Twitter and Instagram with posts about being unable to send messages on the app.
WhatsApp users in India too were unable to send and receive messages at this time. Meanwhile, Meta has said that it has fixed this problem.
