Ahmedabad: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal said if his party forms the government in Gujarat, government schools will be set up in every village and Narmada water will be supplied to every nook and corner of Kutch district.
He appealed to the people of Gujarat to give AAP a chance for the future of their children. Assembly elections in Gujarat are scheduled to be held in December this year.
Kejriwal, who is on a two-day visit to Gujarat along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, was addressing a rally at Gandhidham in Kutch district, 400 km from Ahmedabad.
“Students belonging to poor families studying in government schools in Delhi are taking admission in medical and engineering courses. After getting a well-paying job, they will lift their families out of poverty, but about Gujarat, I have come to know that the BJP is closing down government schools in Kutch.”
He appealed to the people of Gujarat to give AAP a chance for the future of their children.
