BJP leader and cloth merchant Timmy Chawla was shot dead in Nakodar last night. During this incident, the security guard of Timmi Chawla was seriously injured, who died during treatment at a hospital in Jalandhar today.
According to the information received, a few days ago, a group had demanded a ransom of Rs 30 lakh from the cloth merchant, failing which he was also threatened to kill.
Regarding the case, the Commissioner of Police says that the accused who committed the crime will be arrested soon.
