Chandigarh: The junior athletics coach, who had accused former Haryana sports minister Sandeep Singh of sexual harassment, today recorded her statement before a magistrate under Section 164 of the CrPC.
The victim, along with her lawyers, reached the district court complex in Sector 43 here. Meanwhile, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) went to the official residence of Sandeep Singh in Sector 7 here for investigation.
The victim recorded her statement before the SIT on Tuesday. The SIT questioned her for nearly eight hours, during which the victim handed over her mobile phone and other evidence to the probe team.
