Sometime, people start eating dishes by heating them. If you make similar mistakes every day, then here we will tell you about some such things that you should not forget to consume them.

Beet and Rice is considered to be the best fruit among the fruits. Many people use it in a lot of ways to control the lack of blood, blood pressure, etc. But consuming stale food prepared from it can be harmful to health. Similarly stale rice should also be avoided. Yes, rice should not be eaten stale.

Boiled potatoes – Many people in Indian households boil potatoes and put them in the fridge and use the potatoes as per the need. But the potatoes should not be boiled and left for long. When the potatoes are kept for a long time, the potato starts to rot from the inside, which causes diseases. Therefore, the potatoes should not be kept for long after boiling.

Fry and oily food – In today’s changing lifestyle, fry and oily food is preferred to eat even at late night. Many people pack such food and keep it for the next day i.e. in the morning, but perhaps very few people will know that consuming stale fry and oily food has a severe effect on their health and this practice should be avoided.

Dark chocolate, stored in a cool and dry place over 4 to 6 months the “best by” date on its label, can be dangerous for thr health.
